Email address and password (hashed) when you register. Audio files you upload. Transcripts, summaries, and notes generated from those files. Basic usage data (anonymous analytics).
To provide the service — transcribe your audio, generate notes, let you search your recordings. We don't sell your data. We don't use your recordings to train AI. We don't share your transcripts with anyone.
OpenAI — processes your audio files for transcription and AI analysis. Your audio is sent to OpenAI's API and is subject to their data usage policies for API users (they do not use API inputs for training).
Stripe — handles payment processing. We never see or store your full card number.
Neon / Polsia R2 — database and file storage infrastructure.
Your recordings and transcripts are stored until you delete them or close your account. Deleted files are removed permanently within 30 days.
You can delete individual recordings at any time from your dashboard. To close your account and delete all data, email us at support@noteflow-2.polsia.app.
Audio files are stored encrypted in private cloud storage. Transcripts are stored in an encrypted database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
