By creating an account or using NoteFlow, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
NoteFlow transcribes audio files and generates AI-powered summaries, action items, and notes. We use third-party AI providers (OpenAI) to process your recordings.
You own everything you upload. We never use your recordings or transcripts for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose beyond generating your transcripts. You can delete your data at any time.
Don't use NoteFlow to record conversations without all participants' consent. Don't upload illegal content. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service. Violations result in account termination.
Free accounts have usage limits (3 uploads/month, 15 min/file). Pro accounts are $12/month, billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds, but contact us if something went wrong.
We aim for high availability but make no guarantees. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
NoteFlow is provided "as is." We're not liable for transcription errors, lost data, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.
